Let me be honest with you … Pregnancy comes with burdens, mostly related to the body and my legs has been getting less care and love since my sense of balance is disoriented at the moment. It’s easier to use a moisturizing lotion on your upper body areas but not below, that’s why I chose this spray-on Argan Oil as the product of the month.
I’ve always mentioned how I personally love using Argan Oil infused products for my hair and body, now this products is for both which is really convenient but what makes me as a pregnant woman appreciate this product more is the spray function. It makes my life easier because I can just spray it on my legs instead of finding the perfect comfortable position to rub any lotion on my legs.
I highly recommend this product if you want a little bit of Argan Oil blessing on your hair or skin, I can tell you it works so well. It eases the itchiness from shaving, it moisturizes the area as the oil gets absorbed fast and doesn’t leave that sticky oily feeling.
As you know, I really love Bomb Cosmetics brand. I used to buy the products from a small store called The Beauty Shop but recently a man bought the license to this brand for Oman which allowed him to bring most of the products to a newly opened shop called Wunderoom while stopping the girl who used to bring those products from restocking again. It was sad to see her close down her account because of that since she’s the one who introduced us to this brand in the first place, I wish her all the best.
Anyway I’ve been using Cranberry and Lime Body Scrub twice a week and I’ve been in love. I tried Scrubology Body Scrub before and it’s been my favorite for awhile so I decided to try this one since it smells absolutely amazing and more fruity. Like the previous one, it’s also oil-based so it moisturizes your skin while you exfoliate. It’s great if you have dry skin like me, your skin will thank you.
Can we be real for a moment? Do you know the amount of time I spend thinking of an intro for every post? I’m a failure even as a blogger. Now we got that out of the way, let’s talk about my favorite product this month which is Oriental Princess Story of Happiness Hair Mist.
I got this hair mist as a gift from my sister in law after I mentioned to her that I was considering buying a hair mist from Boutiqaat, it’s a website for cosmetics and beauty products chosen by famous people from Middle East and let’s just say the products aren’t exactly cheap. Anyway she gave me Oriental Princess hair mist and said try this one you might like it and I did. It smells fruity with a hint of rose, it’s not too powerful and it doesn’t effect your hair in any way except obviously makes it smell amazing.
She gave me this fruity one named Forever Bright as the Oriental Princess hair mist line offers more scents, here’s the Amazon page in case you are more comfortable getting it from there even though it’s cheaper from the original website. Have you ever tried Oriental Princess products before ?
My sister got engaged recently and we were having a small family party couple of weeks ago. I wanted to look a little bit extra so I finally had the courage to use Vamp Stamp and go to that party. The problem I had with this tool is the ink that came with it, I never really used it but for some reason the ink was already dried and I couldn’t dip the stamp in it so I had to throw it out. I used my trusty Kat Von D Tattoo Liner on the stamp part and used it on the corner of my eye, it worked perfectly.
It gave my eye a beautiful wing and it complimented my whole look. After stamping the wing, I filled the line with an eyeliner and of course used my new favorite eyelash falsies One Two Lashes.
Sorry for the low-quality photo as I took it fast on Snapchat.
Really Rei ? You changed “Monthly Favorites” to “Product of the Month” just to sound original ? YUUUUUUUUUUP.
Anyway how are you all doing ? Hope you’re enjoying this spooky season. I decided to change the format of my monthly favorites since they seem less and less each month, I thought of posting about my favorite product that I really loved during this month.
Obviously, I’m going to choose …
I’ve been using them more often and I really love them now, it’s so much easier for me to put on. I’ve wrote my review about them before and I’ve been hesitant about it since for some reason, it had more negative reviews than positive ones. I’ll say they aren’t perfect because of how straight the strip is and how it does curve with the eye-shape but I found my way of blending them and making them compliment my overall look.
Honestly I’ve been getting a lot of compliments from friends and family, I’ve also been asked to snap the whole process for my Snapchat friends to see. I would honestly recommend them if you’re having hard time with normal falsies, if you have allergy from the glue or anything it’s a great alternative.
Real Techniques – Expert Face Brush
Yes, I’m too lazy to write an introduction so let’s leave it at that. My first favorite item is a makeup brush, and it’s a game changer to me. I’ve been using a sponge ever since I started using makeup, when it was time to get a new one I decided to switch to brushes and try them out. This brush was recommended to me by my sisters and I’m in love with it, it gives an airbrush finish and I don’t even need to blend the foundation because it was already too perfect. It worked so well with my new favorite liquid foundation Bourjois Healthy Mix, so I highly recommend it.
The next item is my new best friend, I can say from now that I refuse to let go of this device. I normally use Smooth Away pads to remove my facial hair since I was fed up from threading and all the painful solutions. I saw this device on Amazon and thought of trying it out instead of buying refill pads for Smooth Away and I immediately converted. It’s quite small so you can carry it in your bag or while travelling, it doesn’t do any loud noise and glides smoothly on the skin and removes hair instantly. It doesn’t work well with larger areas and thick hair though so I would recommend it for facial hair and areas you missed after shaving.
L’Oreal Collagen Re-Plumper Night Cream
Oh collagen, how you made the ladies insane about you. I’ve been a fan of L’Oreal Perfect White Night Cream and I was originally going to buy it but I decided to go for this cream instead because of the word “Collagen”. It’s not because I have wrinkles or anything but honestly it’s because I needed my face to look more plumped and full since I’ve been looking like a zombie in the past month, and this cream did help. I’ve been using it for a month now every night as part of my skincare night routine.
Lapis Lazuli Silver Moon Necklace
I’ve been wanting to get this necklace for the longest time, I’ve been adding it to my wishlist on many websites and telling myself to order it but I keep forgetting it. I recently remembered this necklace when I saw Lise’s post of her favorite necklaces and found it while I was shopping, the store sold silver charms and gemstones. I never entered this store before and I was fascinated with it, I found a lot of beautiful necklaces and of course found the moon one that I’ve been wanting since ever. it also has my favorite gemstone, Lapis Lazuli so I was over the moon when I found it … Excuse the pun.
